Jeff Berquist, Sandusky & Put-in-Bay

In the contest for hectic occupations, that of Real Estate Agent and Broker easily falls into the top ten. For those who want visible proof, you needn’t look further than Sandusky and Put-in-Bay Broker / Realtor, Jeff Berquist.

where he spent his first fifteen years listing and selling real estate. It was in the sixteenth year that he decided to purchase a home as a summer get-away. His first intention was to purchase a retreat where he could spend weekends and leave the business world behind.
“I didn’t plan to sell real estate on the island,” Berquist tells, “but then one day I got a call from Tipper. He asked me to sell a building, and that was the start of my real estate work in Put-in-Bay.”
Berquist enjoys “island life” from April until November each year. “I like the unique people, great restaurants and the relaxed atmosphere,” says Berquist. “I also enjoy the pace at the island. While we are there, I have more time to cook and I enjoy the island entertainment.”
It goes without saying that Berquist is a fan of Leisure Living Magazine. One of Berquist’s hobbies is writing, as well. He likes the articles and features in the publication.
Much of Berquist’s enthusiasm is directed toward helping others. He has written speeches and plans a pending book about getting control of your life. He is an optimist who motivates others and reminds his audiences that everything begins with a thought.
