Meet Chef Lin Repko Of Martino’s International Cafe

Living in Lorain, the home to the International Festival, Jim Trinter has owned Martino’s Interna- tional Cafe since 1996. He wants “to provide the best food and service anywhere” and cites their motto,
“Come taste a touch of the world.” Contributing to Martino’s success is Thai chef and catering manager, Varinda (Lin) Repko.
Born in 1965, and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, the diminutive Lin says, “My life revolved around cook- ing.” The youngest of nine
