Sara Booker Sheehan, Creative Chief of the Boardwalk Family, as remodeling was underway in the historic building, the entire Booker Clan (Marv & Pat, Eric & Jen, Sara & Trey, Laura & Jim) all participated in a competition to arrive at a fitting name for the Irish Pub. With creative energy running high, names were called out and then written down and posted on the back bar. In the end “Hooligans” was the winner!
