What did you miss the most this year because you were quarantined? Attending church services? Taking the kids to an Easter Egg Hunt? Enjoying your favorite St. Patty’s Day or Cinco De Mayo beverage?
Many holidays and celebrations were overlooked earlier this year as businesses were closed and we focused on stay- ing safe at home, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, the City of Port Clinton is cranking up the time machine and will push the Rewind Button on August 1 and 2 to help residents and visitors enjoy the activities that they missed.
Port Clinton 2020 Rewind Day is being held from dawn to dusk at several venues throughout the city. It is being billed as “a day to reboot everything skipped in 2020.”
So, don your face covering, maintain a safe social dis- tance from your neighbors and bring along the hand sanitiz- er. You’re guaranteed to find something that you will enjoy during this jam-packed weekend of celebrations!
By vintners’ definition, “handcrafted wine” means wine that is produced by passionate individuals who make it a hands-on, family and friends’ affair. From caring for the vineyard, to harvesting grapes, to mak- ing the wine, to conducting tastings, to participating in constant experimentation, it’s an ardent team ef- fort.
