Chef In The Spotlight Meet Julian Helsper, Chef-Owner
of JJ’s Table and Bar

For nearly a year, the Marblehead area has been home to JJ’s Table and Bar, an American restaurant with Yucatán influence. JJ’s offers up- scale, yet comfortable, dining with a rustic cock- tail bar where owner Julian Helsper often can be seen crafting his specialty drinks.
“My signature cocktail is the L’Orange Et Crème,” shares Julian. “It took me two
months to perfect, and it tastes like
an orange dreamsicle in a glass!” The
L’Orange Et Crème joins a long list of both modern and classic cocktails that are crafted in-house. Think Smoked Old-Fashions...Pineapple Jalapeño Margaritas...Expresso Martinis... house-made Bloody Marys. Prefer a glass of Chardonnay or a frosty draft?
No worries, the bar at JJ’s is also home to an am- ple selection of the grape and ale.
