American Presidents
The American Presidents Film & Literary Festival is committed to providing a place for expanded national and international understanding of the history and cur- rent events that have and continue to shape and influence the President of the United States. Utilizing the site and community of America’s first presidential library and mu- seum, filmmakers, film professionals and authors will in- spire audiences to explore, understand, critique and ana- lyze the people, places, politics and power surrounding the American Presidency.
The Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is Amer- ica’s first presidential library and the forerunner for the federal presidential library system. It is partially funded by the state of Ohio and affiliated with the Ohio History Connection. The Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is located at Spiegel Grove at the corner of Hayes and Buckland avenues in Fremont.

The film festival is accepting film submissions on topics related to the American Presidency through the themes of people, places, politics and power. All filmmak- ers, whether emerging or experienced, are invited to sub- mit a film to the festival.
