In a change for this year, the Hayes Home and muse-
um will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to better accommo- date visitors. They can come for the day, tour the home and museum and enjoy the concert and grounds. The li- brary will be closed for the holiday.
The Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is Amer- ica’s first presidential library and the forerunner for the federal presidential library system. It is partially funded by the state of Ohio and affiliated with the Ohio History Connection. The Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is located at Spiegel Grove at the corner of Hayes and Buckland avenues in Fremont, Ohio.

Tickets On Sale for Sunset Cruise
Tickets are now on sale for the July 12th Sunset Cruise on the Jet Express sponsored by the Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce. The sightseeing cruise will de- part Port Clinton at 7:30pm and cruise past the Catawba shoreline, Marblehead and the historic lighthouse. It will then continue on past the islands of Kelleys, Rattlesnake, Sugar, Green and the Bass Islands before enjoying the sunset on the way back into Port Clinton. The group will be traveling at high speed to reach the different points of interest and then slow down to enjoy the sights.
Signature hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar with top-shelf cocktails and wine will be featured. The cost is $40 per person or $70 per couple. This truly unique cruise is spon- sored by the Jet Express and benefiting the Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce. Rain date is scheduled for Thursday, July 19.
