Vintage Ohio Festival
If you love wine, you won’t mind taking a trip to Kirtland for the Vintage Ohio Wine Festival and a Little Brew, Too event.
The festival, which is
scheduled for Aug. 3 and
4, has been called the pre-
mier food and wine event
of the year for northern
Ohio. Several Ohio win-
eries will offer Pinot Gris,
Chardonnay, and other varieties, plus wines made from summer fruits. Wouldn’t you like to try a wine made from strawberries, peaches, raspberries, or blackberries?
Beer lovers won’t feel left out – there will be a beer tent. Bring your appetite for the food vendors, and prepare to enjoy the live music and fireworks on Friday evening.
Village Arts And Wine Fest
If you love wine and entertainment but would like to stay closer to home, go to the Sculpture in the Village Arts and Wine Festival on Aug. 11 at Williams Park in Gibson- burg.
Sample wines from Gillig Win- ery, DD Smith Winery, Chateau Te- beau Winery, and Ski Lodge Winery. Spend the afternoon and evening enjoying food, art vendors, and live entertainment including Jordan Wi- ewandt.
This event benefits the North Coast Veterans Museum in Gibson- burg.
