Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and on-going crowd restrictions, the Hayes Presidential Library & Museums’ annual In- dependence Day Concert featuring the Toledo Sym- phony Concert Band will not have a public, in-person audience this year.
Instead, the band will be recorded before Indepen- dence Day, and the record- ing will be broadcast at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 4, by WGTE Public Media on its TV station, which is chan- nel 30 in Fremont, and its radio station, FM 91.3.
