Age In Place, At Your Own Pace, With Grace
By Sherri Roth, Feature Writer
Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) are becoming
very popular options for senior life. With choices of vibrant independent living, as- needed assisted living, and skilled nursing
care all within the same community, CCRCs ensure that residents can “age in place, at
their own pace, with grace”. The residents’ surroundings, the services, and the people
they interact with remain familiar, birthday
after birthday, giving them a sense of home,
as well as on-going peace of mind to their families. This tiered approach to the aging process can be the ideal choice for seniors with the financial means. To learn more, mark your calendar for June 25, July 23 and August 27, 2019. Otterbein Marblehead’s senior living experts will present AARP’s three-part outline of what to ask and what to observe when visiting or researching a CCRC. Each discussion will be held in the Hearth Dining Room where complimentary refreshments will be served. RSVP to Jane Verne, 419 798-8254.
