Award-winning Executive Chef Jamie Mc- Fadden, of Sandy Ridge Vineyards and Mercan- tile in Norwalk, is ardently passionate about wine and food. A celebrated gastronome, vintner and restaurateur, this Monroeville native has been set- ting the culinary world on fire for over 30 years. Highlights of Chef Jamie’s remarkable
global journey with food and wine be-
gin in the 1990’s in Central Florida,
where he “entertained deliciously” in
various high-profile restaurants, in-
cluding his own Mimi’s Café and Wine
Bar. In 1998 he founded the highly
successful Cuisiniers Catered Cuisine
& Events, and in early 2011 Orlando
area foodies were introduced to his
“barJme” concept, a new twist on inti-
mate tableside cooking and dining ex-
perience. He has been a guest chef on
NBC’s “Today Show”, has taught at the
Walt Disney World Institute, and has
been named one of central Florida’s Top 20 Chefs. In 2016, Chef Jamie brought a life-long dream to fruition with the release of his Snowbirds Vint- ners—critically acclaimed wines that pair won- derfully with many cuisines.
