Jennifer Doyle, Catawba Island

‘The realtor who really delivers,’ Jennifer Doyle, of Catawba Island, spent nearly 30 years in obstetrics before getting her real estate license in 2019.
“I’ve been afforded many opportunities to influence safety and the care women and babies receive surrounding the birth experience,” Jennifer said. Proud to have been part of “current science,” the registered nurse and women’s health nurse practitioner added it was her own health history that guided her
career choice. A NICU baby, Jennifer spent countless hours in hospitals, and surgeries, up through grade school.
Wanting to give back, she began her career in the neonatal division before transferring to labor and delivery. Jennifer still serves as Advanced Practice Nurse for the Women’s Service Line of Summa Health, and has been in that role for over 20 years. An avid volunteer for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, she led as National President in 2018.
Jennifer and her husband Tim visited the Catawba Island area regularly from about 2005, before becoming residents in 2019. Scaling back her nursing hours, she approached the Spero Group of Howard Hanna to fuel a different interest—real estate. She has had some early successes.
