Vacations have a way of introducing travelers to new lifestyles and stirring their imagination. One of the distinct characteristics of the Lake Erie Island region is its allure that inspires guests to return each year for short or long visits and often captivates them to eventually make a permanent move to the area.
For Dave Amarante, a former Cincinnatian, the waterfront has always been a magnet for him and now the Fremont resident is happily living, working and assisting others to make a similar move.
“I love the lake,” he declares with enthusiasm. “I love fishing and boating and anything on the water!”
Amarante is a Broker and Branch Manager at Russell Real Estate Services. Though the office is currently located in Port Clinton, it will be relocating to a spot on East Harbor Road in Catawba where they are in the process of building out the new space sometime in July of this year. As a broker/ manager, Amarante’s goal is to attract both new and seasoned real estate sales agents to work under
his mentorship at the new location.
