“I also teach real estate pre-license classes at Terra State,” Amarante tells “The good thing about teaching the pre-license course, is that it keeps me sharp on the fast-changing world of real estate and new regulations.”
Amarante moved from Cincinnati with his wife, Shae and 8 year old daughter several years ago. He began his local real estate career by partnering with his mother-in-law, Sharon Ohms. In 2016, Russell Real Estate Services owner approached him about the position he now holds.
“I love anything to do with the water and this area is a great recreational place to live,” he further affirms.
