It is often said that the eyes are the window to
the soul. Ketch’s eyes were golden...deep pools of gold. They projected pure love. On a crisp, sunny autumn day, on his own bed on his be- loved deck, he closed those eyes for the last time. I hope that he heard me telling him how much
we had wanted him and how much we loved him...and also, who would be greeting him in Heaven. Our sweet boy...my sweet boy...is still missed be- yond words.
